To Define Document and Repair Class Ids for Related Defects

Follow these steps to define the allowable Document and Repair Class Ids that can be related to Defects.

From the Launchpad, click the Configuration icon ( ). Configuration options appear.
Locate the Application group.
Click System Settings.

The Settings page appears. For example,
From the Navigation menu on the left, select General.
To set the allowed Document class Ids for defects, do the following:
1. Select Document Class Ids for related Defects
2. From the Actions menu, select Change setting
  
  The Change Setting dialog appears.
3. In the Setting Value box, enter each Document Class Id for related Defects (separated by a comma)
4. When you are finished, click Save ( ).
To set the allowed Repair Class Ids for Defects, do the following:
1. Select Repair Class Ids for related Defects
2. From the Actions menu, select Change setting
  
  The Change Setting dialog appears.
3. On the Change Setting dialog, enter each Repair Class Ids for related Defects separated by a comma, in the Setting Value box
4. When you are finished, click Save ( ).
